I've been familiar with WorshipTogether for some years now. They have a cool resource for beginning worship leaders called New Song Cafe.
I love the line 'And I fall to my knees so that it's you that they see not I, Jesus you be lifted high'
They go over the guitar chords at the end of the clip.

Its only on itunes as a MWS song - but you are right - great song. see ya in a week!
this song has moved me in so many ways. best of all, it really cleared up a lot of "clutter" in my head regarding how to grow in Christ. great post!
